1. Chewing gum

"Chewing gum causes flatulence because chewing increased the amount of gas in the digestive tract," says Pixie. Pixie suggest, if you have gum disease or bad breath, bite switch nuts or popcorn.

2. Uses baggy pants

3. Artificial Sweeteners
